DISC
How do you show up?
DISC assesses your observable behaviors.
The DISC profile creates a language around observable behavior, which in turn improves communication, engagement, and self-development.
There are four measures:
D (Dominant)
I (Influence)
S (Steadiness)
C (Compliance)
If “D” is your highest score, you’re a direct communicator; if it’s your lowest, you’re a reflective communicator.
If “I” is your highest, you’re an outgoing communicator; lowest = reserved communicator.
If “S” is your highest, you’re a steady communicator, lowest = dynamic communicator.
If “C” is your highest, you’re a precise communicator, lowest = pioneering communicator.
Why Jeanne uses DISC:

They are so invested in the efficacy of the assessment that they use neuroscience to research and improve the value of their assessments. TTI also provides thorough training and multiple assessments that they refine through brain mapping technology
