Certify Your Genius is a program that will get you certifications in three assessments: DISC, The 12 Driving Forces, and EQ.

1. First, understand a single science, then learn to integrate multiple sciences 

Rather than overvaluing the science of any one assessment like many coaches do, Certify Your Genius stays within the bounds of each science. Using a single-science approach, you will understand the differences between each science before learning how to integrate them into the larger puzzle. 

2. Learn to debrief with greater nuance

Certify Your Genius teaches a more nuanced way to debrief by focusing on blends and blindspots. By the end of your certification, you will have learned debriefing techniques that offer more value to clients.

3. Debrief support after your certification is complete

Until you’ve done several debriefs, they can be challenging to do on your own. Certify Your Genius will continue providing consulting support for debriefs throughout the year.

What is the certification process like?

Step 1: Pre-Certification

Before beginning pre-certification, you will take The Four Tendencies assessment and the combined DISC, 12 Driving Forces, and EQ assessment to experience them for yourself. You will use your own results as part of the learning process in pre-certification.

Pre-certification modules are then completed virtually at your own pace through the TTI Learn platform. You will also receive two complimentary Trimetrix EQ assessments to use with practice clients.

Pre-Certification Cost: $750

Step 2: Directional Debrief

You will have up to three hours of consulting with Jeanne to debrief your assessment results, check your pre-certification understanding of the assessments, and discuss which certification program suits your current goals.

Directional Debrief Cost: $750

Step 3: Certification

Accelerated Certification

One-day certification

  • All-day Saturday workshop*

  • Get certified in all three sciences: DISC, 12 Driving Forces, and EQ

  • 3 hours of exam support

*You must have completed Pre-Certification and Directional Debrief prior to attending.

Paced Certification

13-week certification

  • Slower-paced, over 13 weeks* 

  • Certification instruction is offered via small group, weekly, virtual sessions (no more than 10 per session).

  • Jeanne provides light homework to take what’s discussed and observe it in real life.

  • Exam support

*You can be enrolled concurrently with Pre-Certification

Step 4: Post-Certification

Post-certification is a membership to Assess & Empower, which includes ongoing access to assessments, support with debriefing assessments, and more. The first six months are included with your certification.

  • Certify Your Genius — either Accelerated or Paced.

  • If you are enrolling in Paced Certification, you do not need to get Pre-Certified first; you can enroll concurrently in both Pre-Certification and Paced Certification.

  • Yes. Both Pre-Certification and the Directional Debrief are required before you can begin the Accelerated Certification.

  • No. You can decide after you get Pre-Certified and have your Directional Debrief. The cost is the same whether you do Accelerated or Paced Certification.

  • Yes. For many people, Pre-Certification is all they need to fulfill their current goals. This may be the case for you, or you may find that Certification is right for you. Jeanne can help you determine this in the Directional Debrief step between Pre-Certification and Certification.

  • Yes! Pay for all four steps of certification upfront, and you will get 10% off the total price and a complimentary full year of membership to Assess & Empower.

  • No. You can use assessments without being certified. Pre-Certification can help you gain a deep understanding of the sciences behind the assessments. Assess & Empower can help you gain a deeper understanding of how to use assessments with people, including how to debrief clients.
