About Jeanne
Jeanne Hamra is a sought-after consultant and trainer with over 25 years of experience. She became certified in DISC and Driving Forces in 2017 but had been using DISC for decades while she was a network marketing coach. Slowly, she vetted more assessments into her collection.
In 2018, she began developing a streamlined process using multiple assessments to build a complete picture of clients’ leadership superpowers. Her unique process reveals a person’s unique puzzle by layering the results of DISC, Motivators, 12 Driving Forces, ACI, the Four Tendencies, and Clifton Strengths.
Jeanne’s assessment approach is primarily influenced by her “very dusty Molecular Biology degree” from Vanderbilt University. Long story short, she thought she wanted to attend med school and needed a biology class as a prerequisite. While she didn’t find the subject matter that interesting, she was intrigued by the approach to understanding different systems and how they interact.
The molecular biology approach is what she brings to her consulting: you can’t understand the whole when you’re looking at just one piece. The common thread through her work experience and education is her ability to identify strategic connections and patterns.

What makes Jeanne different than other consultants?
Many personality assessment administrators misapply the science of the assessment. They often try to use it to answer questions that the assessment is too limited to answer. The consequence of this misapplication of science is that people feel like they don’t fit into their assessment results. Or maybe they feel like 90% of it fits them – but what about that other 10%?
But there is no single assessment that can tell you everything about yourself. Each assessment helps you understand just a piece of the puzzle of who you are. Many people have experienced insight into a piece of their puzzle, but few have experienced the whole picture.
Jeanne meets people where they are, using a hybrid coaching and consultative approach when working with clients. She works dynamically according to the needs of clients to provide meaningful support* to both groups and individuals.
*Because this work involves all pieces of a person, including their vulnerabilities, sometimes trauma can be uncovered. While Jeanne is not a therapist and does not work on trauma, she is a trauma-aware practitioner who refers to a therapist.
