Get Started by Taking Your Assessments
Step 1: Take Assessments
First, you will take a combined DISC, The 12 Driving Forces, EQ, and the Acumen Capacity Index assessments.
(Read more about each assessment on your personal password-protected page, linked below).
Access your assessment by scrolling down and clicking on your photo.

Please take the assessments when you’re experiencing a normal level of stress (whatever that means for you).
Set aside 60 minutes of uninterrupted time to take the assessment (You may take breaks between sections when prompted, but if you stop and start in the middle of a section, it can skew the results)
Take the assessment on a laptop or tablet. (Not a phone).
As you answer questions in the assessment if you feel your answer would vary personally versus professionally, answer from a professional perspective.
When evaluating the choices, look at the choices as a whole; avoid getting hung up on individual words or language.

Step 2: Receive Results
After you’ve taken your assessments, you will receive a summary report of your results.
Step 3: DISC Debrief
Next, you will schedule either a 45-minute debrief session.
Make sure you have access to your report, either printed or digitally, so you can make notes on it.
Step 4: Additional Debriefs
This process will be repeated for The 12 Driving Forces (Month 2), EQ (Month 4), CliftonStrengths (Month 6), and The Four Tendencies (Month 6) assessments.
You will be notified when it’s time to schedule a debrief.
