Welcome, AEU Transformative Leadership Cohort!
As part of your Transformative Leadership Cohort, you are invited to take an assessment that will give the members of your cohort nuanced insight into yourselves and each other.
The Purpose of Taking this Assessment
To better understand yourself and the others taking the assessment.
To gain insights to help you make more informed decisions and work more effectively as a group.
To learn a common language to make sense of discoveries from assessments and drive meaningful, positive changes in AEU culture.
What to Expect & How to Get Started
Step 1
First, you will take a combined DISC and The 12 Driving Forces assessment.
(Read more about each assessment on your personal password-protected page, linked below. Access your assessment by scrolling down and clicking on your photo.)
-
Please take this assessment when you’re experiencing a normal level of stress (whatever that means for you).
Set aside 45 minutes of uninterrupted time to take the assessment (if you stop and start your assessment, it can skew the results)
Take the assessment on a laptop or tablet. (Not a phone).
As you answer questions in the assessment, think about how you show up in the AEU.
When evaluating the choices, look at the choices as a whole; avoid getting hung up on individual words or language.
Reach out to Jeanne if you have a question or need support.
Step 2
After you’ve taken your assessment, you will receive a summary report of your results by email. The full report will be uploaded into your personal portal when ready.
Step 3
You’ll be prompted to schedule a 30-minute one-on-one debrief with Jeanne to get your report and understand your results.
*Please make sure you have a laptop or tablet available for this video call.
Step 4
Following the individual debriefs, we will have two hour-long group debrief calls to understand how your fellow cohort members' results compare to yours and how you can begin to bridge the space between you.
